I have to engage with media appropriately. Maybe I’ll draw fanart now and then if I feel like it, but right now I need to realize these characters I know have yet to grow and mature in the game. But now, it’s time to move on to my other interests. They have a lot of good chemistry! Most of it is platonic in Canon anyway Lol. But still learned to open and up to new friendships (healthy ones at least) And it was a nice break from all the toxic ships that existed elsewhere.

I never realized how weird this was until recently. Now, I can’t help but think it’s weird that people are shipping….children? A lot of the characters in HS are minors, and a there’s a lot of adults shipping them (including the author yikes). Yes, even though I’ve started liking the ship since I was 14 years old, I have since then grown into an 18 year old. Play as Joey Claire, a puzzle-solving teen snatched out of her time (1994) and place (Earth) and stranded on a hostile alien planet on the brink of rebellion. since I am technically an adult now I’ve begun to reexamine my ship stance on xefjoey.
